Sejarah berdiri PT Lativi Mediakarya
tvOne sebelumnya bernama Lativi) adalah sebuah stasiun televisi swasta Indonesia. Berawal dari penggunaan nama Lativi, stasiun televisi ini didirikan pada tanggal 30 Juli 2002 oleh Abdul Latief dan dimiliki oleh ALatief Corporation.Sejak tahun 2006, sebagian sahamnya juga dimiliki oleh Grup Bakrie yang juga memiliki stasiun televisi antv.
Pada tanggal 14 Februari 2008, Lativi secara resmi berganti nama menjadi tvOne, dengan komposisi 70 persen berita, sisanya gabungan program olahraga dan hiburan.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university (overseas graduate is an advantage) or have max. 1 year professional experience.
