PLANT FITTER - Bumi Suksesindo


This position will report to Mechanical Supervisor, responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible for maintaining the necessary spare part list required to maintain operations daily. 
  • Required to order via Pronto the necessary spare parts for the daily operations of the plant. 
  • Perform daily maintenance checks and lubrication on OPP and ADR equipment. 
  • Perform equipment repairs in OPP and ADR plants as directed. 
  • Perform shutdown works as directed. 
  • Complete daily Preventive maintenance in plant and maintenance tasks on maintenance shutdown. 
  • Replace crusher wear liners as required. 
  • Repair screen panels as require.

Requirements:
  • Trade Qualified fitter. 
  • Crusher maintenance favorable. 
  • Qualified fixed plant fitter 3 to 5 year experience. 
  • Knowledge off crushers and screens. 
  • Knowledge of conveyor maintenance. 
  • Agglomerate knowledge favorable. 
  • Must be able to work on his/her own and work standby and overtime as required. 
  • Hydraulic experience. 
  • Read Mechanical drawings. 
  • Perform fault finding on hydraulic circuits. 
  • Perform fault finding on crushing equipment. 
  • Read hydraulic drawings.

INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN - Bumi Suksesindo


This position will report to Mechanical Supervisor, responsibilities will include:
  • This position will report to E & I Supervisor, responsibilities will include: 
  • Maintain all electrical Instruments and PLC equipment at the Tujuh Bukit project. 
  • Assist with commissioning activities to quickly bring the Tujuh Bukit project to design, or greater, production levels. 
  • Undertake fault finding on ADR and OPP plant areas. 
  • Compile daily works as directed and report as required. 
  • Carry out regular PM works on Instrumentation at the Tujuh Bukit project.
  • Ensure all instruments are calibrated.

Requirements:
  • Trade qualification, specialized training in instrumentation and PLC systems. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in mine site maintenance with at least 2 years in gold mining. 
  • Proven instrumentation and PLC skills and knowledge. 
  • Experience with start-up and commissioning. 
  • Demonstrated fault finding skills. 
  • PLC operation. 
  • Read electrical drawings. 
  • Instrumentation servicing. 
  • Instrument calibration.

BOILERMAKER / WELDER - Bumi Suksesindo


This position will report to Mechanical Supervisor, responsibilities will include:
  • This position will report to Mechanical Supervisor, responsibilities will include: 
  • Responsible for the mechanical maintenance team performance at the Tujuh Bukit project. 
  • Responsible for mechanical maintenance of all BSI plant at the Tujuh Bukit project. 
  • Ensure maintenance activities comply with short and long term processing plans. 
  • Assist with commissioning activities to quickly bring the Tujuh Bukit project to design, or greater, production levels. 
  • Undertake fault finding on mechanical plant area. 
  • Assist with identifying training needs of the mechanical crews.

Requirements:
  • Recognized Fabrication type Trade or demonstrated skills training. 
  • 1-2 years in a maintenance or plant role in a relevant mining/processing or petroleum Industry. 
  • 2 years’ experience working as a tradesman or similar role in heavy industry. 
  • Proficient in oral and written English. 
  • Ability to read fabrication drawings. 
  • Exposure to MMAW Pipework and Supports. 
  • Oxy Acetylene Cutting. 
  • Plasma / MIG Welding an advantage.

OPP PLANT OPERATOR - Bumi Suksesindo


This position will report to Mechanical Supervisor, responsibilities will include:
  • Accept responsibility for own safety and other employees working in the Ore Preparation area. 
  • Complete tasks as directed in OPP. 
  • Report shift activities and deviations from agreed targets. 
  • Assist HL crews as directed. 
  • Run mobile crushers as directed. 
  • Liaise with maintenance activities to ensure work is completed in a timely manner. 
  • Monitor usage of consumables to minimize wastage. 
  • Perform CSS adjustments on crushers when required.

Requirements:
  • SMA diploma preferred. 
  • Good problem solving skills. 
  • Read and write Bahasa Indonesian. 
  • Self-starter. 
  • Ability to maintain focus on key areas. 
  • Honesty, integrity and an open approach to communication. 
  • Strong oral communication skills.

OPP PLANT MACHINE OPERATOR - Bumi Suksesindo


This position will report to Mechanical Supervisor, responsibilities will include:
  • Accept responsibility for own safety and other employees working in the Ore Preparation area. 
  • Complete tasks as directed in OPP. 
  • Report shift activities and deviations from agreed targets. 
  • Assist HL crews as directed. 
  • Operate Mobile equipment for support of the OPP. 
  • Liaise with maintenance activities to ensure work is completed in a timely manner. 
  • Keep OPP area Clean. 
  • Deliver consumables, samples and meals for OPP area. 
  • Sample handling at OPP. 
  • Other tasks as directed by OPP supervisor.

Requirements:
  • SMA diploma preferred. 
  • Good problem solving skills. 
  • Skid steer loader operation. 
  • Truck driving experience. 
  • Hiab operation. 
  • Read and write Bahasa Indonesian. 
  • Operate skid steer loader. 
  • Operate crane truck. 
  • Self-starter.

DOCUMENT CONTROL OFFICER - Bumi Suksesindo


This position will report to Mechanical Supervisor, responsibilities will include:
  • Printing and distribution Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). 
  • Assist staff with administration queries. 
  • Manage the departments Documents and record keeping. 
  • Scheduling and organizing document review. 
  • Maintain departments document library and forms storage. 
  • Assist in the OPP/ Maintenance central filing system and associated databases on common drives. 
  • Attend regular meetings as required – e.g. toolbox meetings. 
  • Ensure that adequate stationery stock levels are maintained. 
  • Actively participate in all departmental activities, including skills training, departmental communications or toolbox meetings and any other activities as required by Manager (or his / her representative). 
  • Assist senior maintenance staff when required. 
  • Personal time keeping and attendance

Requirements:
  • Working understanding of administrative environments. 
  • Document control or filing systems. 
  • Knowledge of office procedures. 
  • A sound level of verbal and written English comprehension is advantageous.

This position will report to Mechanical Supervisor, responsibilities will include:
  • Timely entry of data. 
  • Time sheets. 
  • Printing and distribution Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). 
  • Assist staff with planning queries. 
  • Assist in the maintenance of the planning central filing system and associated data bases on common drives. 
  • Attend regular meetings as required – e.g. toolbax meetings. 
  • Ensure that adequate stationery stock levels are maintained. 
  • Actively participate in all departmental activities, including skills training, departmental communications or toolbox meetings and any other activities as required by Manager (or his / her representative). 
  • Contribute initiatives related to increasing the efficiency and service levels of planning functions, including but not limited to short and medium term planning. 
  • Personal time keeping and attendance.

Requirements:
  • Working understanding of maintenance and production environments.

This position will report to Mechanical Supervisor, responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible for the concise recording of all statutory testing of equipment. 
  • Provide technical support for the implementation of best practice maintenance methods to maximize plant availabilities and control system performance. 
  • Responsible for the upkeep of all documentation, software and drawings for maintenance department. 
  • Wholly responsible for the upkeep of accurate drawings and schematics for all mechanical and piping installations. 
  • Undertake various design aspects associated with mechanical projects of varying size. 
  • Management of permanent and project contractors as required. 
  • Rigid control of capital and operating budgets. 
  • Engineering support for maintenance department activities.

Requirements:
  • Mechanical engineering degree. 
  • Min. 10 years’ experience in industrial maintenance (mine site maintenance is preferred). 
  • Strong planning and preventive maintenance skills. 
  • Experience with start-up and commissioning. 
  • Demonstrated fault finding skills. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of drawing programs. 
  • Small project management. 
  • Computer literates: CAD, MS Project, Pronto, MS Office. 
  • Demonstrated high regard for safe working rules and procedures with evidence of careful consideration of risk factors in undertaking any initiative.
  • Demonstrated encouragement of similar behavior in others. 
  • Proven orientation to result with ability to maintain focus on key areas.
