Business Development (BD)

Job Description:
• To look for, collect, and interpret external and internal data/information to find profitable coal sourcing opportunity from coal mining site that is integrated with the logistic
• To summarize and analyze the opportunity to get a business-logic conclusion
• Managing potential/existing different interest/conflicts (external & internal) and ambiguities

Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have good leadership skill
• Dynamic, creatif and have good social & people skill, which is supported by communication and interpersonal skill
• Have a business & commercial mindset (entrepreunership) and financially driven

Talent Pool - Finance & Accounting (FA)

Job Description:
• PT Golden Energy Mines is implementing proactive approach in expanding our Talent Pool in 2015 - to reach out to prospective candidates for future opportunities. We are now expanding our Talent Pool for Finance & Accounting
• Verify and maintain recapitulation of daily finance transaction
• Prepare cheque/giro and payment mechanism
• Perform advance closing and ensure that realization of advance inline with budget
• Verify tax aspect in daily transaction
• Maintain monthly payment & monthly report to tax office (including prepare SSP & SPT)
• Maintain daily accounting journal and prepare monthly financial statement before deadline.

Requirements:
• Education minimum Bachelor Degree of Economy (Accounting)
• At least 2 years exsperience in Finance & Accounting (Tax preferable)
• Detail oriented and sistematic
• Certification of Brevet A, Brevet B

• Willing to be placed/assigned to whichever unit and/or branch office according to company’s needs

CSR Sr.Specialist (CSR)

Job Description:
• Managing integrated agricultural training center
• Educate the community about the farm
• Agent of sustainable development

Requirements:
• Education minimum Bachelor Degree Of Animal Science (Ilmu Peternakan)
• At least 2 years experience
• Willing to be placed in Jambi

HRGA Manager-Site (HRM)

Job Description:
• PT Golden Energy Mines is implementing proactive approach in expanding our Talent Pool - to reach out to prospective candidates for future opportunities. We are now expanding our Talent Pool for HR Manager
• Develop and establish the HR System.
• Develop and establish the HR Planning & Development area for the company.
• Develop and establish the Company’s HR Policy and Company Regulation.
• Analyze and establish the remuneration package (basic salary, compensation, & benefit) of the existing and benchmarking with other companies in similar industry.
• Responsible in leading overall Recruitment & Selection including to coordinate with recruitment agency, job portal websites, sorting applicants, interviews, calculation of fitment before offering process
• Prepare all necessary employee data for payroll administration.
• Monitor employees’ daily attendance.
• Assist and facilitate in handling Industrial Relations issues in the Company.

Requirements:
• Education minimum Bachelor Degree Management, Law, or Psychology
• At least 4 years experience in HR Manager or HR Supervisor
• Have a good planning, analytical & strategic thinking and leadership
• Experiences in mining or plantation companies preferred

GA Facility Specialist (GA)

Job Description:
• Responsible for the operational & Maintenance building, which includes repair and maintenance, cleanliness, parking systems, security & safety, comfort, safety and the environment surrounding the building
• Handling Complaint & problem solver for operational user in Head Office & branches
• Control of purchasing process, vendor invoice & payment, and warehouse

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Civil or any major;
• Required skill(s): Communication Skill, Leadership Skill
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Land Acquisition (LA)

Job Description:
• Monitoring the land acquisition and permit process
• Ensuring the acquired land has permission in terms of ownership by investigating the documents legality and have the purchase price/rent in accordance with the fair market value.
• Ensuring that the entire land acquisition process has been permitted by the community within a radius of site and any permissions necessary has been done correctly and meets the applicable rules
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with civil society, local government, police and military (community engagement).
• Manage all external problems of local communities about waste, demonstration and other social issues.
• Coordination with lawyers related all the land problems and other external issues.
• Planning, execute and monitoring Community Development program.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
• Have experience min 2 year in land development, land acquisition, law.
