PT Amtek Engineering Batam saat ini kembali membuka beberapa posisi dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:
Process Engineer (PE)
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Material Science or related fields
• Min. 1 year experience in related fields
• Familiar with problem solving methodology and tool improvement program
• PLC and vision (Automation Optical Inspection) programming knowledge
• Working knowledge and experience in ISO 9001/ TS169 & ISO 14001 management system
• Assists and/or develops PFMEA's Control Plans and Work Instructions
• Assists and/or leads problem solving teams
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Min. 1 year experience in related field
• Able to handle customer, receiving new project, prepare testing plan and FA Submission
• Preparing Engineering Document, like SOP, PI, PFMEA, CP, PFC
• Preparing process qualification for new part
• Design Jig & Fixture for Improvement Project
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Min. 1 year experience in Metal stamping Industry as a Project lead, Process Engineer/ Tool Maker
• Able to read Engineering drawing
• Having knowledge ISO 9001/14001/ TS 16949
• Good communication skill in English is a Must (Both writing and speaking) and computer literate
• Good interpersonal skill, positive attitude, responsible and able to work in team and independent.
• Degree in Quality Engineering/ Mechanical Engineer/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Equivalent
• Min. 2-3 years of experiences in Quality Assurance and Quality Management in the manufacturing environment
• Must hands on QMS, NCMR control, inspection and programming of parts using Smartcope & CMM
• Knowledge in statistical tools such a DOE, SPC, FMEA, Geometrc Dimensioning & Tolerance
• Working knowledge and experience in ISO 9001/ TS 16949 & ISO 14001 management system
• Trained internal auditor, Lead Assessor will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English both oral and written
Clerk (CL)
Requirements:
• Min. Diploma
• Min. 1 years experience in Admin and fresh graduate are welcome
• Having strong knowledge about computer literate (Ms. Word and Excel)
• Able to speak in English both oral and written
• Good interpersonal skill positive attitude, responsible & able to work in team & independent
Cara Melamar:
