Offshore – Papua – Jakarta BasedREQUIREMENTS:
General: Working with the Project Manager, Procurement Coordinators and Engineers, the Logistics Coordinator (LC) will oversee andmanage the logistics operations activities of the Project, including but not limited to logistics strategies, contracting, customs, reporting, and promoting HSE culture.
Related specific responsibilities:
- Preparation of logistics plans to support all relevant operations within the supply chain for the project;
- Establish and maintain project team sufficient to support their needs and in full compliance with customs and other regulations;
- Oversee appointment of logistics contractors as required in respective regions;
- Maintenance of project materials inventory;
- Management of project transport requirements;
- Management of project logistics subcontractors;
- Ensure project meets key targets for Schedule, HSE, and Budget; and
- Performance of any other duties as required by the Program or Project Manager.
Reporting: The Logistics Coordinator will report directly to Procurement Manager and/or Project Manager and will be providing regularprogress Situation Reports and will prepare information notes and updates as required by the Program and/or Project Managers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas logistics
- Excellent knowledge of computer applications especially the Microsoft programs;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment;
- Good English (spoken/written)
- Hold Indonesia citizenship
