Requirements:
- Bachelor, Master or Diploma degree in Electronic, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Business fluent or native-language English + Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
- Knowledge about lean terminology and tools
- Good knowledge of Ms. Office and ERP System
- Project Management experience and practice
- Minimum of 3 years Lean experience and practice min. of 5 years of work experience
- Implement Lean philosophy and LOOP approach
- Contribute to LOOP Management System enhancement and maintenance
- Develop and follow-up LOOP Roadmap Consult in Project and Workshops
- Be sparring partner for leaders (TPUs/ Operational Management/ Subsidiary Management/ other departments)
IT ADM - Pepperl Fuchs Bintan
Requirements:
- Male, min. 2 years related IT systems administration experience
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Understanding of networking concepts, hardware & software
- Strong engineering and analytical skills
- Min. Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technologies or a related discipline
ASSISTANT ENGINEER - Pepperl Fuchs Bintan
Requirements:
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of SPC Techniques, FMEA, PDCA and LEAN Concept
- Willing to learn and improve
- Able to operate Ms. Office
- Male, min. Diploma in Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering
